Shipping and Return Policy
All Shipments are packed in our personalized signature pink tissue packaging.
Standard shipping will arrive within 3-6 business days while expedited shipping will arrive within 1-3 business days.
Free Shipping on all domestic orders over $50 or $6 Flat Rate Shipping. Offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands. Only valid for UPS Ground shipping.
Following credit authorization and verification, orders placed before 3:00pm PST will be shipped out the same day. We strive to get your shoes to you as quickly as possible. We use UPS shipping for all orders in the USA and orders arrive within 3-6 business days. Our fulfillment center is in Los Angeles, California so if your shipping state is close to us, you will receive your order within 2-3 business days! When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held and moved to our Verification department. Our verification department will contact you via email.This process might delay your order 1-3 business days.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays.
Your order may be delayed if our verification department needs additional information. You will be contacted via email or phone if additional information is required for further verification. Please check your email if your order isn’t processed immediately. If for some reason you see your order status as MANUAL VERIFICATION DEPARTMENT, please feel free to call 213-746-3378 from an unblocked number with your LS ID number and a representative will be able to further assist you. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order has been shipped. You will be able to track your package the entire way. From the UPS first scan to delivery day. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery, because unfortunately, we aren’t responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”. Packages are shipped out on online business days which are :
Monday-Friday 9 A.M to 3:00P.M.
Please note that any orders placed on Friday after 3:00pm, Saturday, or Sunday are processed the following Monday. (If Monday is a Holiday, then the order will be processed on Tuesday)
If your package is returned to our facility by our provider (under the same label) for any reason, there will be a $6 return shipment fee that is applied for domestic orders. (Return shipment cost may very on international shipments)
Signature may be require upon delivery.
PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders to these addresses will always ship via USPS Priority Mail service.
Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us.
All Items on our “DEALS” tab are Non Refundable, Non Returnable, and Non Exchangeable. All items on our "DEALS" tab are "FINAL SALE" items. All discounted items are also final sale. We reserve the right to add or remove items from our "DEALS" tab at any time. Any Sale item or any Final Sale item received will be applied a 15% restocking fee. No Exceptions. If your order exceeds $500, there will be a 15% restocking fee applied on returned items.
TwoTwoShoes.com ships to most foreign countries. For Canada, shipping fees are $15 and $39.95 for all other international countries (plus additional fees).
For all international orders, all applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Customers must pay for shipping on orders sent to international locations. Orders may take up to 8 to 14 business days, but usually arrive within 5 business days. Free shipping on orders of $50 or more does NOT apply to international orders.
International customers are subject to paying duties and taxes. UPS, USPS, and twotwoshoes.com are not responsible for customs and duties charges. twotwoshoes.com cannot determine the value of duties and taxes in advance. To determine the value of customs and taxes, please contact your local customs office.
Orders are packed Monday-Sunday, but are shipped Monday-Friday. Orders placed on weekends and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate /incomplete shipping information or further verification your order processing time may be delayed an additional business day.
Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. TwoTwoShoes.com cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. TwoTwoShoes.com is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
In order to receive a full refund (minus the shipping cost) or to exchange your order, you MUST ship all returnable item(s) back to us within 10 business days from the day that you received your package. All orders that have exceeded this time frame become a FINAL SALE item. Policy strictly enforced.
RETURNS BY MAIL
1. Email us firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, your reason for return and we will email you a shipping label. (Please make sure your order number is correct.)
2. Pack and secure your shoes in their original packaging along with this form
3. Ship the item(s) back to the address provided and you're set!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition. They must also be returned with their original packaging and all of its contents (if applicable). All sale items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. All exchanges are final. All exchange options are NOT available for international customers.
